The Retail Base Price is a one-time distribution fee for licensing of the data files. Update subscriptions are optional. The data may be used by one "Named User". Data is limited to one named user or named computer.

For example, the purchase of two (2) MTA's, including a 12-month (3-year) update subscription is $1,390 per year per MTA. Payments for the updates are made at the beginning of the update period. The total investment is 2 x $1,590 (Base) + 2 x 3 x $1,380 (Updates) = $11,520.
